Who we are

Rocket Construction FNQ Pty Ltd is a family-owned building company based in Malanda, proudly servicing the Atherton Tablelands and surrounding areas. Established in 2014 by Cameron “Rocket” Glaspy and his wife Liz, our business was born out of a desire to meet the region’s growing demand for high-quality, locally built homes and commercial spaces.

We specialise in residential new builds, renovations, extensions, commercial construction and rural sheds. Whether it’s a family home in Yungaburra, a modern fit-out in Atherton or a large rural shed in Herberton, our projects are known for their attention to detail, durability, and practical design.

At Rocket Construction, we believe that building is about more than bricks and timber — it’s about creating spaces that serve local families, businesses and future generations. As long-time Tablelands locals ourselves, we understand the lifestyle, landscape and values of our region, and bring that insight into every build.

Our Values

Local First

We live and work here, and we build with the future of the Tablelands in mind.

Quality Always

We don’t cut corners. Every project is built to stand the test of time.

Reliable Service

We show up, communicate clearly, and get the job done right.

Community Commitment

We actively support local clubs, events and initiatives that keep our region strong.

Our Story

From a small local team to one of the region’s trusted builders, Rocket Construction FNQ has grown with the community. Cam, a qualified and highly experienced builder, oversees every project with hands-on care, while Liz manages the operational side of the business. Together, they’ve built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, transparent communication, and personalised service.

We’re proud to use local tradespeople and suppliers wherever possible. Supporting local business is important to us—not just in words, but in practice. Every project helps contribute to local jobs, apprenticeships and long-term growth across the Tablelands.
